ROVERSO is a re-fermented wine “col fondo” , fruit of nature and craftmanship that you can catch from the first sip.
Why ROVERSO? Roverso hides a double meaning: it refers to the italian verbs “rovesciare” (to give the bottle a nice inverted swirl before opening) and “versare” (to pour the wine).

Recommended food pairings: seafood (fried dishes and raw fish), finger food, mild flavour risottos and white meats.
