Ojo

OJO is the result of a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Leccio del Corno, Maurino, Pendolino, Grignano, Moraiolo and Coratina cultivars.

Our olive trees live in the hills at 200 meters above sea level and enjoy a mild and ventilated microclimate and an ideal sun exposure.

The olive grove is left naturally grassy and the stable lawn with its aromatic and floral essences gives the oil a delicate scent of finely herbaceous and fruity notes.

The use of organic fertilizer, minimal doses of copper to treat pruning wounds and the use of insect control traps ensure the vitality and fertility of the soil, plants and a healthy maturation of the olives giving the oil a rich amount of peroxides and polyphenols, among the main quality parameters.
